Position: Sales Trainee

Are you a fresher or someone with 0–2 year of sales experience looking to build a career in Sales? Here's an exciting prospect to kick-start your journey with JSW Paints!

As a Sales Trainee, you will undergo 3 months of On-the-Job Training, gaining hands-on exposure to the market and learning the fundamentals of sales in the paints industry.

Visit dealers and retailers in the assigned market

Support secondary sales and product movement

Interact with channel partners and build relationships

Learn sales pitching and negotiation

Understand the market and competitor activities

What we're looking for:

Freshers or candidates with 0–2 year of experience

Valuable communication and convincing skills





Interest in building a career in Sales

Willingness to travel within the assigned market

Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
