Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand business processes, requirements, and objectives.
Analyze business needs and translate them into functional specifications and Business Central solutions.
Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules to meet client requirements.
Conduct workshops, user training sessions, and solution demonstrations.
Define, execute and support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation activities.
Provide functional support during implementation, go-live and post-implementation phases.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues while ensuring optimal system performance.
Work closely with technical consultants to support customizations, integrations and enhancements.
Assist in data migration, process optimization, and system adoption initiatives.




Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central features and industry best practices.

Candidate Profile:
2 -6 years of experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
Solid understanding of business processes across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory and Manufacturing.
Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Business Central modules.
Proven experience in full-cycle ERP implementations.
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Robust analytical, problem-solving and consulting abilities.
Understanding of Business Central development concepts and technologies is an advantage.
Familiarity with project management and ERP implementation methodologies.
Experience working with international clients is preferred.
Knowledge of third-party add-ons and Business Central ecosystem solutions.
Ability to collaborate across different time zones.
