Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end batch operations for Coimbatore college partnership coordination.
Act as the primary point of contact between the organization, partner colleges, and internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
Coordinate with faculty/trainers for session planning, batch timelines, and logistics.
Track batch progress, attendance, and academic operations data; ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Handle on-ground coordination with college stakeholders and proactively resolve operational issues.
Collect feedback from colleges regarding faculty and internal teams to continuously improve delivery quality.
Visit colleges frequently to maintain strong relationships and rapport with college stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of batches, schedules, stakeholder communications, and operational updates.
Visit students to provide support with registration and related formalities.

Must-Have Skills
Robust client/college relationship management and communication skills.
Experience in B2B operations,



academic operations, or EdTech coordination is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple batches and stakeholders simultaneously.
Comfortable with frequent on-ground college visits within Coimbatore.

Nice-to-Have
Prior experience in EdTech, training, or education-sector operations.
Familiarity with CRM, LMS, or ERP tools for tracking batch data.

Someone with robust communication, coordination, and relationship-management skills who can effectively guide students and work with college stakeholders.
