In the context of the MRO facility for M88 military engines in India, the Industrialization and Method Engineer is responsible for for contributing to the company's strategic direction and overseeing workshop support of facility management, tooling, documentation and calibration services within the business. As part of engineering, this role involves defining and optimizing manufacturing processes, collaborating closely with quality, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure compliance with cost, quality, and delivery targets. The Industrialization and Method Engineer ensures adherence to safety and environmental standards and effectively communicate project status and risks to stakeholders.

Main Duties:
• Support shop floor operations for assembly, disassembly, and inspection of engine parts and modules, providing technical expertise in methods and processes.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee industrialization projects from prototype to mass production.




• Define and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams to implement production lines and tooling.
• Analyze production data to identify and resolve process bottlenecks or quality issues.
• Manage documentation related to industrialization, including process sheets, work instructions, and control plans.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lead implement Lean Manufacturing to enhance manufacturing efficiency, and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards throughout the industrialization phases.
• Communicate progress, risks, and actions to stakeholders and management.
