Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, offer discussions, and joining formalities.
Maintain and regularly update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per defined TAT.
Build and maintain a strong candidate database for current and future requirements.
Handle candidate engagement and ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Preferred candidate profile
1 - 4 years of overall IT recruitment experience.
Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in hiring.
Solid understanding of IT skills, technologies, and technical recruitment.
Hands-on experience with sourcing and screening IT candidates.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Target-oriented with a strong focus on closures.
