About the Role

We are seeking an aggressive, self-driven Equity Dealer to join our Central Dealing Desk within the Retail Broking division. In this role, you will be an integral part of driving growth by managing, advising, and expanding our NRI client base. Your primary focus will be to increase customer wallet share and contribute directly to the organization's overall revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Client Advisory: Provide strategic investment advice and regular market trend updates tailored to NRI (Non-Resident Indian) clients.
Trade Execution: Promptly and accurately execute equity trades on behalf of clients while ensuring full regulatory compliance.
Portfolio & Relationship Management: Manage client portfolios, foster long-term relationships, maintain an active client base, and generate trading brokerage.
Cross-Selling: Drive business growth by cross-selling equity financial products, including Mutual Funds (MF) and Portfolio Management Services (PMS).




Client Engagement & Resolution: Proactively resolve client queries, address concerns, and deliver exceptional service quality.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Graduate or Post Graduate degree from a recognized university.
Certifications (Mandatory):
NISM Series VIII: Equity Derivatives Certification
NISM Series VA: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification
Experience: Proven experience in dealing with NRI retail customers within equity broking.

Key Skills & Competencies
Market & Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of stock markets, trading mechanisms, and equity products.
Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with clients at all levels.
Software Proficiency: Excellent hands-on experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and trading terminal systems.
Personal Attributes: Robust interpersonal skills, highly aggressive and self-motivated, with a proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
