Requirements
AI/ML or Generative AI implementation experience, Python, AI/ML libraries, and data analysis tools.
Database testing, Functional Testing, or Quality Engineering experience.
Robust understanding of SIT, STLC, SDLC, Defect Management, and Test Management processes.
Understanding of regression testing, risk-based testing, and test optimization.

Upper bound skills 8+ years of Testing and Quality Engineering experience.
4+ years of AI/ML implementation experience in QE environments.
Proven experience implementing AI-driven Testing accelerators.
Expertise in Predictive Analytics, Defect Prediction,



and Quality Dashboards.
Experience with GenAI, LLMs, and AI-enabled SDLC solutions.
Robust understanding of Automation Testing and QE transformation programs.
Experience in large Banking or Digital Transformation engagements.
Ability to drive QE innovation and consulting initiatives.
