We are looking for B.Sc Nursing, GNM, and ANM qualified Nursing Specialists for our Pre-Sales Team in Home Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Patients and their family members se phone par baat karna aur unki healthcare requirements samajhna.
Home Healthcare services ke baare me patients ko explain karna.
Patient/family ki counselling karna aur suitable services suggest karna.
Leads par timely follow-up karna aur enquiries ko bookings/conversions me convert karna.
Clinical and Operations teams ke saath coordination karna.
Daily calls, leads, follow-ups aur conversions ka proper record maintain karna.
Assigned sales/conversion targets achieve karna.
Candidate Requirements
B.Sc Nursing / GNM / ANM qualification mandatory.
1–5 years of nursing experience.
Pre-Sales / Telecalling / Patient Counselling / Home Healthcare experience preferred.
Valuable communication and counselling skills.
Patient aur attendants se professionally baat karne ki ability.
Target-oriented approach aur valuable follow-up skills.
Salary
2.5 LPA – 3.5 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.
