Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on development experience across the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have experience building custom applications and working extensively with ServiceNow development tools, workflows, integrations, and portals.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and solutions.
Develop custom ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
Work extensively with ServiceNow App Engine / App Engine Studio (AES).
Develop and configure solutions using Flow Designer.
Build integrations using IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs.
Develop and customize Service Portal applications, widgets, and components.
Use ServiceNow Studio / IDE for application development.
Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, ACLs, and other ServiceNow components.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across ServiceNow applications.




Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Follow ServiceNow development best practices, security standards, and coding standards.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation.

Must-Have Skills
6+ years of ServiceNow development experience
Solid hands-on experience in custom application development
App Engine / App Engine Studio (AES)
Flow Designer
IntegrationHub
Service Portal
ServiceNow Studio / IDE
Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting experience
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs
Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, security, ACLs, and application scope

Preferred
Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, etc.
ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS
Experience working in enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
