Role & responsibilities
Minimum 6 years of SAP Vistex Support experience.
Robust functional expertise in Vendor Rebates, Customer Rebates, Chargebacks, Claims, Pricing, Pricing Catalogs, Membership & Eligibility, Pharma Billing, and Agreements.
Experience working with SAP Vistex integrated with SAP S/4HANA.
Robust production support and incident management experience.
Hands-on experience in ticket triage, issue resolution, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Understanding of business processes and process optimization in Vistex environments
