About Jawaad Trading Academy (JTA)

Jawaad Trading Academy teaches forex and crypto trading the funded way. Our students learn the skill, pass a prop firm evaluation, and trade the firm's capital instead of their own savings. We are an education company only. No signals, no tips, no profit promises. 16,000+ students across India have learned with us.

All our leads are inbound. People find us through Jawaad Sir's Instagram and YouTube content and fill a form on our website. You will never cold call strangers.

Your role

You are the person who turns a warm lead into an enrolled student.
Call leads who filled our form, within the scheduled time slot
Understand their situation and what they have tried before
Explain the program clearly and honestly
Handle doubts using our call script and answer guide
Guide the right people to enrol in the current batch
Follow up on a fixed 7-day sequence for leads who do not decide on the first call
Log every lead with stage, notes, and next action
Send a daily report to the founder

Working hours

12 PM to 8 PM, Monday to Saturday. Lunch 1 PM to 2 PM. Calls are scheduled in advance. A missed scheduled call is a missed lead.

Salary

Rs 15,000 per month fixed + Rs 1,000 incentive per enrolment, uncapped.



Our target is 40 enrolments a month, which means Rs 40,000 in incentives and a total of Rs 55,000 per month.

What we are looking for
1 to 3 years of phone or inside sales experience. Edtech, coaching, insurance, or finance background preferred. Robust freshers can apply
Clear spoken English plus Hindi or Tamil
Comfortable working from a fixed script. This is a process-driven role
Confident on the phone without being pushy. We select students, we do not beg
Honest. We never promise profits or guaranteed results, and neither will you
Own laptop, reliable internet, and camera on for every video call
Skilled appearance on camera
