Job description

We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Executive to own Creso's monthly accounting, brokerage settlements, and compliance coordination. This role is ideal for someone with accounting/financial-operations experience at a startup, fintech, wealth management firm, or CA firm. Experience with brokerage/commission processing or mutual fund/PMS/AIF distribution economics is preferred but not required.

You'll own Creso's finance function end-to-end and work directly with the founder on treasury decisions.

Responsibilities
Run monthly accounts: bank reconciliation, reimbursements, and payroll.
Process brokerage end-to-end across products (mutual funds, PMS, GIFT City) reconcile AMC brokerage receivables and process partner payouts accurately and on time.
Keep brokerage rate structures for all AMCs current and accurate.
Manage vendor payments and GST invoicing (both payable and receivable side) end-to-end.
Support treasury management tracking cash across accounts, FDs,



and sweep instruments working directly with the founder to optimize it.
Coordinate with our external CA/auditor on monthly GST and TDS filings and statutory audits.
[Optional] Prepare monthly MIS inputs (burn, runway, key metrics) for founder/investor reporting.

Requirements
2 to 6 years in accounting/financial operations in startups, fintechs, wealth management firms, or a CA firm serving such clients.
Semi-qualified CA / CA-Inter, CMA, MBA-Finance, or B.Com with solid hands-on experience.
Working knowledge of GST/TDS compliance and coordinating with external auditors.
Brokerage/commission reconciliation or MF/PMS/AIF distribution exposure is a robust plus.
Comfortable with Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks and AMC/RTA statements (CAMS, KFin, or similar).
Robust Excel skills, high attention to detail, clear communication.
