Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit qualified IT professionals using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
Work on various US IT requirements including C2C, W2, 1099, and Full time positions.
Review job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, and availability.
Screen candidates through phone/video interviews to assess their technical skills, communication, and suitability.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and placement process.
Negotiate rates and terms with candidates where required.
Maintain candidate information and recruitment activities in ATS/CRM systems.
Build and maintain relationships with consultants, vendors, and candidates.




Ensure timely submission of qualified profiles to meet client requirements.

Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Solid understanding of the US IT Staffing industry.
Experience working with C2C, W2, 1099, and Full time hiring models.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
Positive understanding of IT technologies and technical skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
Experience working in the US time zone/night shift.Role & responsibilities
