Role & responsibilities
Prepare and submit pre-qualification documents, technical submittal documents such as cause-and-effect matrices, data sheets, etc.
Ensure all documentation complies with project specifications, UAE codes, and standards.
Provide technical support and expertise on Fire Fighting Systems including pumps, sprinkler, hydrant, hose reel, foam, and clean agent systems etc.,
Coordinate the preparation and submission of product samples for client approval.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients during the post-sales phase, addressing queries and providing solutions.
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality technical support and documentation.
Ensure all designs, submittals, and proposals comply with international and local codes, industry standards, and authority regulations.
Conduct quality checks on technical submittals and designs to ensure compliance with client requirements and organizational goals.

Preferred candidate profile

Year of Experience - 2 to 3 Years

Positive Experience in AutoCAD and MS Office.
