Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce (SFDC) Developer with 9 to 12 years of experience to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in Salesforce platform development, integrations, customization, and Lightning technologies, while working closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and custom solutions.
Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Salesforce Flows.
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Implement security and data access controls, including roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules.




Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
Support Salesforce deployments and release management activities.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical solution design discussions.

Required Skills
9 to 12 years of overall IT experience with significant experience in Salesforce Development.
Solid hands-on experience in:
Apex
Visualforce
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Aura Components
Salesforce Flows
SOQL and SOSL
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs, integrations, and middleware platforms.
Experience with Git, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools.
Understanding of Salesforce security model and data architecture.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum settings.
