We are looking for a skilled CAE Modeler with solid experience in Hypermesh-based Safety Model Building for automotive applications. The candidate should possess expertise in full vehicle assembly, safety meshing, and vehicle integration activities while working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality CAE models.

Responsibilities:
Perform CAD feasibility studies and identify CAD-related issues such as missing geometry, intersections, and model inconsistencies.
Create high-quality meshes for sheet metal, plastic trims, and powertrain components as per vehicle safety model build standards.
Build and manage full vehicle assemblies while handling vehicle variant complexity.
Prepare and review input data including CAD, BOM, NGD, and resolve associated queries.
Apply BOM structures and FE mechanisms/functions within safety simulation models.
Create and manage model connections including:
Spot Welds
Seam Welds
Adhesives
Bolts
Joints
Develop analytical assemblies and vehicle subsystem integrations.
Assign and manage contact interfaces, databases, nodes, sections, parts, and element definitions.




Perform vehicle-level penetration and de-penetration activities ensuring model quality and simulation readiness.
Independently review, validate, and deliver complete assemblies within project timelines.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve model-related issues efficiently.
Adapt quickly to customer processes, standards, and project requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Solid hands-on experience with Hypermesh (HM).
Experience in Automotive Safety Model Building and Full Vehicle Assembly.
Knowledge of LS-DYNA solver and safety simulation requirements.
Working experience with Teamcenter for data and product lifecycle management.
Understanding of vehicle architecture, vehicle integration, and variant management.
Experience handling vehicle-level penetrations and assembly quality checks.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
