Role & responsibilities
Install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT hardware.
Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, IP addressing and internet connectivity.
Maintain and troubleshoot EPABX/telephone systems.
Support CCTV, DVR/NVR and related network connectivity.
Manage system backups, antivirus, user access and basic IT security.
Coordinate with software, internet, EPABX, CCTV and hardware vendors whenever required.
Maintain IT asset records, network documentation and AMC/service records.
Provide technical support for ACME POS Software, including installation, connectivity and basic troubleshooting. Optional
Provide timely support to branches/showrooms and ensure minimum downtime.
