Responsibilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
knowledge on Life Insurance Projects
Exposure to Digital Platform testing Roles and Responsibilities (Daily tasks):
Documentation Of Life insurance processes other necessary artefacts
Writing of Life insurance projects SIT/UAT test cases and execution
Co-ordination with external stake holders-IT business Team as necessary as instructed
Defect Resolution Follow up on Actionable
Experience to work on Life Insurance applications
System integration testing, Functional Testing, User Acceptance Testing
Experience in managing and customization on Incident, Interaction, Problem, Change and Knowledge management
Ability to work well in a team with shift
