Key Responsibilities
Develop and update BIM models using Revit and related BIM tools.
Create architectural, structural, and MEP models and drawings.
Support multidisciplinary design coordination and clash detection activities.
Generate plans, sections, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models.
Incorporate design revisions and maintain model accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure adherence to project BIM execution plans, standards, and client requirements.
Requirements
B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Electrical,
4+ years of experience in BIM Modeling.
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows.
Experience in building, industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred.
Robust understanding of engineering drawings and construction practices.
