Develop and maintain Manufacturing Execution System (MES) applications for shop-floor operations.
Design and develop responsive web applications using React.js, Node.js, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Develop backend APIs and database-driven applications for manufacturing and business processes.
Create real-time dashboards for production monitoring, OEE, downtime, rejection analysis, and productivity tracking.
Integrate MES applications with PLCs, machines, barcode systems, ERP, and other industrial systems.
Develop and maintain SQL databases, reports, and data management systems.
Work on automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance,



and IT teams to understand process requirements and implement digital solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and system-related issues.
Optimize application performance, database queries, and system reliability.
Develop user-friendly interfaces and customizable reporting systems.
Ensure data accuracy, security, backup, and system documentation.
Participate in software testing, deployment, and user training activities.
Work on continuous improvement and process digitalization projects.
