Key Responsibilities
Supervise residential interior sites and coordinate daily execution.
Manage civil, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, tile, carpentry, painting and other vendors.
Update all site/vendor status at 9 AM & 6 PM daily.
Provide hourly updates of all active vendors with site photos.
Check material stock and verify material usage at every site visit.
Maintain vendor/labour attendance and follow up on work progress.
Handle vendor dealing, rate negotiation and maintain multiple backup vendors.
Identify site issues, delays, material shortages and report/escalate immediately.
Coordinate material requirements and bring/transport material from market to site when required.
Strictly send GPS selfie for every site/market visit in the attendance group.
Requirements
Experience in residential interior site supervision preferred.
Valuable vendor/labour handling and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of interior execution, materials and measurements.
Valuable communication, follow-up and reporting skills.
Comfortable managing multiple sites and travelling between locations.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
