Looking for candidates from TIC Industry
Role & responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Management and supervision of TFS Global Quality System for local compliance in meeting with
ISO 9001, ISO 17020, IFIA and where required ISO 17065 requirements and maintenance of
records and documentation
Responsible for monitoring key performance indicators and identifying improvement
opportunities.
Specific Responsibilities:
Quality Management System
Evaluate the need for current documents (procedures, work instructions)
Plan and follow up execution of internal quality audits
Support the office in quality related issues
Technical support/assistance and training on the use of the Quality Management System
application
Maintenance of records and documentation in the Quality Management System application
External Audits
Responsible of preparing office for external audits (ISO & IFIA) to assure successful completion.
Follow-up of actions arising from external audits
Performance monitoring and reporting
Ensures quality controls are in place and maintained across the operation
Performance monitoring to assure key performance indicators targets are met
Validate end of month results and provide root cause analysis and corrective actions
Responsible of managing requests (CARs, SIRs and DCRs), claims and complaints and their
proper follow up
Training
Provide training related to service execution and quality matters
Profile
Preferred candidate profile
Quality Systems management experience.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality System Standards
Where required, knowledge of ISO 17020 and ISO 17065 requirements
Valuable knowledge of IFIA COP PSI and CBCA requirements
Valuable communication skills
Fluent in English and other languages are an advantage
Applies judgment and acts according to the SGS standards of ethics and integrity
Experience as an internal auditor or successful completion of internal auditor course
