Role & responsibilities :

Looking for a Business Analyst with solid hands-on Power BI development experience. The candidate must be capable of handling end-to-end reporting (requirement gathering dashboard development deployment) while working closely with business stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile :

Must-Have Skills :
Solid hands-on experience in Power BI (Desktop + Service)
Advanced DAX (YTD, MTD, QTD, YoY, KPIs)
Solid Data Modeling (Star Schema)
Experience with Power Query (ETL, data transformation)
Good SQL skills (Joins, Aggregations, CTEs)
Experience in dashboard design & performance optimization
Stakeholder interaction & requirement gathering

Valuable-to-Have :
Exposure to Azure (Data Factory, Data Lake)
Basic Python (Pandas, NumPy)
Experience with RLS, Gateways, Deployment Pipelines
Agile tools (JIRA, Git)

Key Responsibilities :
Developed interactive Power BI dashboards for business use cases
Built data models & wrote complex DAX measures
Worked on multiple data sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, etc.)
Managed Power BI Service (publishing, refresh, gateway setup)
Interacted with business stakeholders / handled requirements
