Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP ERP Specialist with robust hands-on experience in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA environments.
The candidate will be responsible for SAP ERP implementation, support, configuration, troubleshooting, integration, and business process improvements.
Experience in either SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA is acceptable.

Key Responsibilities
Provide functional and technical support for SAP ERP applications.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Configure and customize SAP modules based on business requirements.
Troubleshoot SAP issues and provide effective resolutions.
Support SAP implementation, enhancement, migration, and upgrade projects.
Work on integration between SAP and other enterprise applications.
Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and technical documentation.
Perform testing including unit testing, integration testing, and support for UAT.
Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and other SAP teams for issue resolution.




Monitor system performance and ensure smooth day-to-day SAP operations.
Participate in SAP release, change management, and continuous improvement activities.

Mandatory Skills
SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA
Strong understanding of SAP ERP business processes.
Hands-on experience in at least one SAP functional module such as:
SAP MM
SAP SD
SAP PP
SAP FICO
SAP WM/EWM
SAP HCM
SAP configuration and troubleshooting experience.
Good understanding of SAP integration with other modules/systems.
Experience in SAP support and/or implementation projects.
Positive communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills
SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation experience.
SAP Fiori / UI5 exposure.
SAP integration and interface knowledge.
Knowledge of SAP reporting and troubleshooting.
Experience working in Agile settings.
