PRACTICE is seeking an experienced Interior Design Studio Lead to spearhead luxury residential and retail interiors at its Mumbai studio. This role calls for design leadership, technical command, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion with creative and skilled excellence.
Responsibilities
Lead luxury residential and retail interior design projects, from concept development through detailed design and execution.
Interface directly with clients and consultants on all design and coordination matters.
Manage design presentations, FFE curation, detailing, and quality control for both built works and furniture.
Oversee and mentor junior team members while maintaining project timelines and standards.
Ensure that every project reflects the studios design ethos and commitment to quality.
Candidate Profile:
Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
