Responsibilities
Technical Leadership Ownership: Lead EV Energy and Charging software architecture (High voltage Energy power management, Charging System functions).
Act as technical escalation point.
Project Delivery Management: Own end-to-end delivery from India.
Manage resources, milestones, and global coordination.
People Management: Lead and develop 5~10 engineers.
Drive performance management, coaching, and hiring.
Process, Quality Compliance: Ensure compliance with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and ISO 21434.
Drive Agile / Protected execution.

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Electrical/Electronics, or Automotive Engineering.
Experience: 7~10 years total experience.

Technical Skills
Embedded C/C++,



MATLAB Simulink, AUTOSAR, RTOS, CAN/LIN/Ethernet.
EV Domain: Powertrain Application SW development preferably EV Domain.

Leadership Competencies
Positive technical depth, global collaboration skills, mentoring mindset, and experience working in matrixed organizations.
