Job Description:
Manage and drive service operations for Residential AC products across the assigned territory.
Handle service partners, dealers, and technicians to ensure timely complaint resolution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor service KPIs, repeat complaints, turnaround time (TAT), and warranty/service performance.
Coordinate with sales, technical, and customer support teams for effective issue resolution.
Conduct field visits, identify recurring technical issues, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure service quality, process compliance, and partner performance as per company standards.
