Description

• Ensure that site meets AN HSE Standards and Directives.

• Establish plans and site objectives according to the objectives, frames and prioritizations of the business

• Fulfil objectives with respect to improved HSE performance targets

• Ensure completion of all relevant statutory documentation related to HSE inline with local laws.

• Establish, apply and develop an productive HSE Management Model for Site.

• Manage the HSE budget for the department/site.

• Lead,



coordinate and execute HSE element of the projects chosen by the site.

• Participate and represent Site in external and internal HSE networks Compliance statutory matters for the multi BU site @ Bangalore.

• Hazard study leader

• Carryout the Hazard study of site and support other site in India on Hazard study

• PSM expert pool member and Site PSM champion

• Contribute to BBS program at site

• PTW compliance

• Ensure the implementation of MOC/RA/Hazard study/AIG/PSM

• Ensure time to time audits and rectification of HSE related concerns
