Responsibilities:
Enter and maintain dispatch details accurately.
Coordinate with transporters and arrange vehicles.
Coordinate with warehouse for material readiness and loading.
Prepare and check invoices, e-way bills and dispatch documents.
Ensure correct material and quantity are loaded.
Track dispatch until the vehicle leaves.
Update the dispatch/pending sheet daily.
Follow up on all pending dispatches and close them.
Ideal candidate: 25 years’ experience in logistics/dispatch, positive Excel skills, solid follow-up and communication skills.
