Role & responsibilities
experience supporting versions of MVS, VSE, scheduling settings and server operations.
experience supporting Mainframe Operations including troubleshooting job failures, monitoring system health, job restarts, and incident escalation.
Follow documented processes and procedures to ensure infrastructure systems stability
Assist in the completion of project plans for the implementation and rollout of recent or updated software and processes
Experience using ServiceNow for incident management and change management required.
experience with incident tracking systems, support processes, and operational procedures.
