Work experience in domain of Passenger cars w.r.t Vehicle structural parts like Side Wall, Underbody, Roof Structure, Front wall, Rear wall, CLOSURES, INTERIORS, TRIMS etc
Knowledge of BIW joineries, stamping, welding technologies, BIW assembly process & fabrication.
Positive understanding of GD&T;, Tolerance calculations, Part locating strategy, Manufacturing process & understanding of designing sheet metal, Plastic, Rubber, FRP, NVH & fabricated parts.
Working knowledge of Regulatory requirements for automotive Body system parts
Able to check the designs on CATIA-V5.
Ability to handle independent Body related projects and responsible for individual team output.
Lead & guide the team of min.10 team members and result oriented
