Job Description:
Responsible for managing service operations for Commercial Air Conditioning (CAC) products across the assigned territory. Handle customer complaints, service partners, AMC activities, breakdown resolution, and ensure timely service delivery. Coordinate with dealers, customers, and internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end service operations for CAC products.
Handle breakdowns, complaints, installations, and AMC activities.
Coordinate with service dealers, technicians, and customers.
Monitor service quality, TAT, and customer satisfaction.
Conduct site visits and support technical troubleshooting.
Track service performance and prepare regular reports.
Drive preventive maintenance and minimize repeat complaints.
Ensure effective coordination with sales and other internal teams.
Preferred Profile:
BE/B.Tech with 7+ years of relevant experience in Commercial AC/CAC service, preferably with exposure to VRF, Ductable, Cassette, Package AC, or similar commercial HVAC products.
