Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
Generate and convert walk-in, digital and reference-based leads.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Handle customers from initial enquiry through quotation and closure.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Prepare and follow up on quotations and ensure timely closures.
Coordinate with the sales team, measurement, installation and service teams.
Conduct regular follow-ups with architects, interior designers, builders and contractors to generate business.
Maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Ensure the showroom is professionally maintained and products/displays are presented as per standards.
Maintain lead records, sales pipeline and daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.
Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Train and motivate showroom sales executives.
Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have:
Strong sales and business-development skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Experience in windows & doors, uPVC/aluminium, tiles, sanitaryware, modular kitchens, furniture, interiors or other premium building products.
Good knowledge of architect/dealer/builder networks in the local market.
Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups systematically.
Solid customer-handling and closing skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, CRM and WhatsApp-based customer follow-up.
A confident, presentable and target-oriented personality.
