Qualification: B.Sc. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Degree in Engineering + ADIS
Industry: Power Plant / Refinery / Steel Plant / Industrial Projects
Location: Project Site

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Safety / HSE professional with 5 to 6 years of experience in Power Plants, Refineries, Steel Plants or Industrial Projects. The candidate will be responsible for implementing HSE standards, monitoring site safety, ensuring statutory compliance and promoting a secure working environment.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures and safety standards at site.
Conduct safety inspections, audits and identify unsafe acts and conditions.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company safety procedures.
Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks, training and awareness programs.
Monitor critical activities such as work at height, lifting, hot work, confined space and electrical work.




Ensure compliance with PPE requirements and protected work practices.
Monitor Permit-to-Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Risk Assessment.
Investigate incidents and near misses and ensure corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain safety reports, inspection records, training records and statutory documentation.
Coordinate with project, construction and subcontractor teams for safety compliance and closure of observations.
Support emergency preparedness, mock drills and emergency response activities.
