Job Responsibilities
Call interested leads generated through our marketing campaigns.
Explain the Mobitrons app and its advantages clearly to potential customers.
Guide customers through the app installation and registration process.
Follow up with interested leads and assist them until successful registration.
Answer basic customer queries and provide proper guidance.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads.
Achieve assigned performance targets.
Requirements
No specific educational qualification required.
Fluent Tamil communication is mandatory.
Basic English communication skills are sufficient.
Basic computer/system knowledge required.
Valuable communication and follow-up skills.
Should be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Freshers can also apply.
