Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounting entries and records.
Handle purchase, sales, expenses, receipts, and payments.
Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment entries.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliation.
Assist with GST, TDS, and statutory documentation.
Follow up on outstanding payments.




Maintain vendor and customer accounts.
Assist the senior accountant with monthly reports and other finance-related tasks.

Required Skills:
B.Com / Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
12 years of relevant accounting experience.
Positive knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliation.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and organizational skills.
