Applied knowledge of emerging materials and sustainable technologies Proven collaboration with architects, vendors, design studios, and material manufacturers Exposure to design execution, site coordination, BOQs, and client interaction skills. Software knowledge: Drafting & BIM: AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino 3D Modeling & Visualization: SketchUp, Twin motion, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape Parametric & Innovation Tools (desirable): Grasshopper, Blender Document Management: MS Excel, PowerPoint, and academic documentation tools.

Key Result Areas

Software understanding like V-ray, Lumion, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, Twinmotion, BIM, Enscape, Rhino, grasshopper.

Technical knowledge with an understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical,



and Plumbing) drawings.

Expertise in Spatial Design, with robust industry connections and practical exposure.

Proficiency in Interior Detailing and Construction Detailing, wall panel systems, and emerging interior materials.

Solid industry collaboration skills and proficiency in documentation and academic paperwork.
