Role Overview-

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Java Backend Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices and a strong understanding of backend application development.

The candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining scalable backend applications and microservices while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Java
Good experience with Spring Boot
Robust understanding of Microservices architecture
Good knowledge of REST APIs and backend development
Understanding of object-oriented programming and Java fundamentals
Experience in developing and integrating backend services




Valuable problem-solving and debugging skills

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
Develop and maintain microservices-based applications
Build and integrate RESTful APIs
Write clean, productive, reusable, and maintainable code
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and production defects
Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders
Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices
Contribute to application performance, scalability, and reliability improvements

Candidate Profile
1.5+ years of relevant experience in Java backend development
Strong programming fundamentals and object-oriented concepts
Hands-on experience with Java + Spring Boot + Microservices
Good communication and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively in a 5-day WFO environment
