Digitel Media is hiring International Associates to support US-based clients through inbound and outbound calls. This role involves lead generation, client communication, relationship building, and achieving performance targets.

We welcome applications from both freshers and experienced candidates.

Responsibilities
Make and receive calls with US-based clients.
Generate and qualify leads through telephone conversations.
Communicate with clients in a skilled and courteous manner.
Build rapport and maintain positive client interactions.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate information.
Meet individual and team performance targets.
Maintain the required quality standards for client interactions.
Follow company procedures and communication guidelines.

Requirements
Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Comfortable communicating with US-based clients.
Willingness to work a night shift from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM.




Comfortable working from the office in Ahmedabad.
Customer service, telecalling, or international voice process experience is an advantage.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Undergraduate and graduate candidates are eligible.
