Role & responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day books of accounts (purchase, sales, journal, bank entries) in Tally
Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and trial balances
Assist in GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and TDS return filing
Support in preparation of financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet)
Assist with statutory and tax audits under senior guidance
Handle basic income tax return (ITR) filings for individuals and businesses
Coordinate with clients for data collection, documentation, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate filing and documentation of vouchers, invoices, and records
Support senior accountants/CAs in day-to-day client deliverables
Support the senior in various audits.

Preferred candidate profile

B.Com / M.Com / semi-qualified CA / CA Inter
