Role & responsibilities
Work performance indicate a commitment to sterilizing processes and that areas of improvement are identified.
To run Sterilizer on to a dummy run. Note length of cycle.
To unload and folding of theatre linen daily, folding, packaging, dating stocks of dressings, linen etc. for wards and departments; also special stock for Midwifery.
To do labeling all sterile stock prior to sterilizing according to traceability requirements.
To be responsible for stripping theatre trolley and disposing of contents according to types.
