Role & responsibilities
Occupancy & Financial Reporting: Compile and analyze daily and weekly reports tracking bus operational status, passenger occupancy rates, income generated, and daily operational costs.
Fleet & Route Monitoring: Generate daily operation logs detailing active bus statuses, route vehicle assignments, route/schedule mismatches, and tracking halted or breakdown vehicles along with their exact locations.
Market Fare Analysis: Perform competitive pricing checks by regularly benchmarking ticket fares on external aggregators (e.g., RedBus) against Kareem Bus schedules, delivering transparent comparative reports to management.
Ad-hoc Operational Support: Assist operations leadership (including reporting management) by completing temporary operational tasks and special projects as assigned.
