Role & responsibilities:
Formulating job descriptions and models for positions across PAN India operations.
Source suitable candidates based on job requirements and critical attributes, ensuring the timely delivery of quality resumes
Attracting suitable candidates through online job boards, social media, etc.
Optimize the utilization of talent sourcing portals and referrals to maintain a data bank/talent pool for future requirements.
Assist in the end-to-end process of recruitment for positions across different levels
Facilitate the entire recruitment process by scheduling interviews, verifying offer details, issuing offers, conducting follow-ups, managing the offers database, and communicating rejection notifications through emails.
Establish and manage talent pipelines for present and future job prospects, collaborating closely with hiring managers to pinpoint staffing requirements.

Requirements: Qualified fluency in English & Hindi conversational fluency are required.
