Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for handling the complete recruitment cycle for non-technical positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and closing positions.

Key Responsibilities
Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions from the business/HR team.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Shortlist suitable candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Negotiate salary, notice period, and other employment terms with selected candidates.
Coordinate documentation and joining formalities.




Ensure timely closure of open positions and meet recruitment targets.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Provide regular recruitment updates to the HR/management team.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in non-IT recruitment.
Positive knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Experience hiring for roles such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Support, Administration, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust follow-up and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn is preferred.
