Role & responsibilities
To coordinate with the Planning & Sales Team to receive customer demand forecasts with accuracy
Releasing the forecast and purchase orders to suppliers based on demand and lead time.
Rescheduling supplier delivery schedules based on customer demand fluctuations and business requirements to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
Following up with suppliers for order confirmation and delivery schedules.
Monitoring supplier commitments and ensuring on-time dispatch of materials.
Coordinating with forwarders for shipment booking and logistics arrangements.
Tracking air and sea shipments until arrival and ensuring smooth material movement.
Reviewing pre-alert and shipping documents shared by forwarders and coordinating with the Customs House Agent for customs clearance activities.




Verifying the Customs House Agent checklist and ensuring timely completion of import clearance processes.
Following up until material delivery, GRN completion, and supplier payment processing.
Maintaining effective communication with suppliers, forwarders, the Customs House Agent, and internal teams for uninterrupted supply chain operations.
Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with internal teams to maintain optimum stock availability and avoid shortages.
Coordinating and implementing 4M changes, ECN (Engineering Change Notice), and EOP (End of Production) activities with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations and material transition.
