Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Sourcing
Research and shortlist relevant influencers and content creators aligned with Carbamide Forte's target audience, including health, wellness, fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle creators.
Outreach & Negotiations
Conduct influencer outreach through DMs, emails, agencies, and talent managers. Assist with negotiations and collaboration finalization.
Campaign Coordination
Coordinate product seeding, gifting, deliveries, content timelines, approvals, and creator deliverables.
Performance Tracking
Maintain influencer databases and campaign trackers while tracking CPV, views, reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
Creator Relationship Management
Build robust relationships with influencers and identify high-performing creators for repeat collaborations.
Trend & Competitor Research
Stay updated on emerging creators, viral content formats, social media trends, and competitor influencer campaigns.
Creative Support
Support brainstorming and execution of influencer campaign ideas, product launches, and creator-led content.

Qualifications & Requirements:




Bachelor's degree in any field; preferably BMS, BBA, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, preferably with a D2C brand.
Experience in influencer marketing for D2C, FMCG, Beauty, Wellness, Nutrition, Supplements, or Consumer Brands is preferred.
Hands-on experience in influencer sourcing, outreach, negotiation, and campaign coordination.
Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Positive understanding of influencer metrics such as CPV, CPM, Reach, Engagement Rate, CTR, and ROI.
Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills and ability to maintain campaign trackers and databases.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong follow-up and relationship-management abilities.
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Ability to identify relevant creators based on campaign objectives and audience quality.
Diploma/Certification in Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
