Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP CO Management Accounting qualified to work on SAP CO solutions. The candidate will be responsible for solution configuration, integration, release management, and continuous improvement of SAP solutions.

The role also involves working with multiple teams, providing solutions to business and technical challenges, and supporting best practices and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP CO Management Accounting.
Collaborate with teams and support project activities.
Take ownership of team-level decisions and technical solutions.
Work with multiple teams and contribute to key project decisions.
Provide solutions to problems across teams.
Support configuration and integration activities.
Lead and implement best practices to improve solution quality and efficiency.




Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
Support release cycles and deployments.
Mentor and support junior team members.

Required Skills
Robust experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
Positive knowledge of SAP CO configuration and integration.
Experience or knowledge using any AI tool such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI tools.
Experience with packaged/SaaS solution environments.
Knowledge of solution standards, system stability, and performance.
Experience managing release cycles and deployments.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Mandatory Requirements
5+ years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting
15 years of full-time education
