Job Summary

The Bakery Commis is responsible for assisting the bakery team in preparing baked goods, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting chefs in daily bakery operations. This role provides hands-on experience in baking techniques and production in a fast-paced hospitality workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparation of bakery items such as breads, pastries, and desserts.
Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients as per standard recipes.
Support chefs in baking, decorating, and presentation of bakery products.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery as per standards.
Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and finished goods.
Set up workstations before production and clean after use.
Follow instructions from senior chefs and bakers.
Assist during production and busy service hours.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene guidelines.

Qualification Criteria
Education: Graduate
Age: Between 2025 years





Eligibility Criteria
Location: Mumbai-based candidates preferred.
Experience:Min 1 year .

Basic knowledge of baking and kitchen operations.
