Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with strong expertise in BPO hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for customer service and operations roles.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO/Customer Service positions.
Handle bulk hiring and lateral hiring as per business requirements.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, job portals, vendors, and other channels.
Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with Operations and Hiring Managers.
Manage candidate follow-ups, selection, documentation, and offer rollouts.
Drive candidates from sourcing to joining and ensure hiring TAT is met.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and daily hiring reports.




Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.
Work closely with Operations to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.

Requirements
3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the BPO/Customer Service industry.
Strong experience in bulk/BPO hiring.
Positive understanding of sourcing channels and recruitment processes.
Robust communication and candidate management skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Good negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

CTC: Up to 5 LPA, based on experience and current compensation.
