Job Summary
- We are looking for a responsible, energetic and customer-oriented Cashier cum Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our retail showroom.
- The candidate will be responsible for handling customer payments and cash records, supervising store staff, ensuring smooth store operations, maintaining customer relationships and resolving customer concerns.
- Key Responsibilities
- * Handle cash, card, UPI and other customer payments accurately.
* Maintain daily cash records, sales records and cash reconciliation.
* Ensure proper billing and collection of payments from customers.
* Open and close the store as per company procedures.
* Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of store staff.
* Allocate duties to staff and monitor their performance.
* Ensure discipline, punctuality and proper conduct of employees.
* Attend to customers and maintain positive customer relationships.
* Handle customer queries, complaints and grievances professionally.
* Resolve customer issues and ensure a positive shopping experience.
* Coordinate with sales staff to ensure smooth customer service.
* Monitor store cleanliness, presentation and overall discipline.
* Assist in stock-related activities and coordinate with the inventory team.




* Ensure proper handling of merchandise and prevent loss or damage.
* Monitor daily sales and report significant operational issues to management.
* Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
* Support management in achieving sales and operational targets.
* Perform other duties related to the smooth functioning of the retail store.

* Good at dealing with customers and handling complaints.
* Comfortable supervising and managing staff.
* Good with basic mathematics and cash reconciliation.
* Familiar with billing/POS systems and basic computer operations.
* Well-organised and able to handle multiple responsibilities.
* A good communicator with a positive and qualified attitude.
* Willing to take ownership and responsibility for the store.
